This was shown at Comic-Con today. It looks cool, not as cool as the Transformers movie, but still cool none the less. I guess that it's supposed to be more funny than cool and it looks to be aimed at younger audiences.

Thanks for this. I hadn't seen the trailer yet and didn't even know that it was going to be computer graphics (as opposed to the costumes from the previous movies). So is the whole thing supposed to be CG or just the mutants?

The whole movie will be in CG and it will take place some time after the third movie when Shredder was defeated. The turtles go off and train for a year and come backto New York and Splinter is trying to keep them together. You can interviews with the Producer and Director of the new flick here.
